Terms of Service

Effective from: August 6, 2026

1. General provisions and definitions

These Terms of Service govern the provision of electronic services through the Lyricco.app application, available at lyricco.app.

Terms used in these Terms of Service have the following meanings:

Using the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. These Terms are made available free of charge at lyricco.app/terms-of-service in a form that allows downloading and saving.

2. Service Provider

Lukasz Galeczka
ul. Krzywa 10, 47-344 Walce, Poland
Tax ID (NIP): 1990016028
Email: kontakt@lyricco.app

The Service Provider is exempt from VAT under Art. 113(1) of the Polish Act of March 11, 2004 on Value Added Tax (entity-level exemption). Issued invoices do not include VAT.

3. Type and scope of services

Lyricco.app is a SaaS (Software as a Service) application that enables music groups to manage their repertoire - store, edit, and share song lyrics and create setlists.

The application is accessible through a web browser and as a PWA (Progressive Web App) that also works offline.

The Service Provider offers the following plans:

The current plan offerings and pricing are available at lyricco.app/pricing.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change plan offerings while respecting acquired rights of Users with active subscriptions.

4. Registration and user account

Using the Services requires account registration. By registering an account, the User:

After registration, a verification link will be sent to the provided email address. The account becomes active after confirming the email address.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and bears responsibility for all actions performed from their account. In case of unauthorized access to the account, the User should immediately notify the Service Provider at kontakt@lyricco.app.

Creating accounts for the purpose of automated data processing, spam, or other activities violating these Terms is prohibited.

5. Trial period

Every newly registered User (Team owner) receives a free 30-day access to the full functionality of the application - without the need to provide payment card details.

After the trial period expires, the account automatically reverts to the free Basic plan. The User may purchase a paid subscription at any time to restore full access.

Each account may use the trial period only once.

6. Subscription and payments

Payment model: The subscription is a one-time annual payment. Lyricco does not automatically charge payments after the subscription period expires - each renewal requires a conscious action by the User.

Payment methods: Payments are processed through Stripe Inc., which enables payment by credit/debit card, Przelewy24, BLIK, and other methods available in the payment gateway.

Prices: Prices listed in the pricing are gross prices. The Service Provider is exempt from VAT (Art. 113(1) of the VAT Act) - issued invoices do not include VAT.

Invoice: After payment, the User receives an invoice at the email address provided during registration. If the User wishes to receive an invoice for a company, they should provide the details (company name, address, Tax ID) during the payment process or contact the Service Provider.

Activation: Access to the paid plan is activated immediately upon payment confirmation by the Stripe system.

After subscription expiration: The account automatically reverts to the free Basic plan (view 30 most recently added songs, without the ability to add new ones). The User retains access to their account and data - purchasing a new subscription restores full access to all songs immediately.

Reminders: The Service Provider sends email reminders about the approaching end of a subscription.

7. Right of withdrawal

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.

Important notice - exclusion of the right of withdrawal

By purchasing a Lyricco subscription, the User expressly requests immediate commencement of digital service delivery and acknowledges that upon gaining access to the paid plan, they lose the right of withdrawal. Legal basis: Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

Before purchase, the User may fully test the service during the free 30-day trial period.

Withdrawal notice: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. However, by using the platform and accepting the provision of digital services before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you lose the right of withdrawal in accordance with Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. To exercise the right of withdrawal (if the above exclusion has not occurred), you should inform the Service Provider of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement at: kontakt@lyricco.app.

8. Invitations and shared accounts

The Account owner (Team owner) may invite other people to collaborate as co-owners. Co-owners use the owner's subscription and do not need their own paid plan.

The owner is responsible for the actions of co-owners within the Account. A co-owner may be removed from the Account by the owner at any time.

Limits (number of devices, number of songs) resulting from the subscription plan apply to the entire Team, not to individual users.

9. User obligations and responsibilities

The User agrees to use the Services in accordance with the law, these Terms, and generally accepted social norms. In particular, the following is prohibited:

The Service Provider is not responsible for content entered by Users into the application.

10. Reporting copyright infringement and unlawful content

With respect to content entered by Users, Lyricco.app acts as a hosting provider within the meaning of Art. 14 of the Polish Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services and has no obligation to proactively monitor content stored on behalf of Users.

If you believe that content stored in the Lyricco application (e.g. song lyrics) infringes your copyright, related rights, or other rights, please report it to the Service Provider at kontakt@lyricco.app.

Your report should include:

Upon receiving a credible report, the Service Provider will take action within a reasonable time, not exceeding 7 business days - including possibly blocking access to the reported content until the matter is clarified. The Service Provider will inform both the reporting party and the User who entered the content of the action taken, giving the User an opportunity to respond to the report.

Unfounded reports, reports made in bad faith, or reports intended to hinder the Service Provider's or other Users' activities may be rejected. This procedure does not limit the rights of entitled parties to pursue claims through the courts.

11. Provider liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure continuous availability of the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned technical maintenance will be communicated in advance by email.

The Service Provider's liability for damages caused to the User in connection with the provision of Services is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

The Service Provider is not liable for:

The above limitations of liability do not apply to Consumers to the extent protected by applicable law.

12. Complaints

The User has the right to file a complaint regarding the provided Services.

How to submit: complaints should be sent to kontakt@lyricco.app, including: the account email address, description of the problem, and the date of its occurrence.

Response time: the Service Provider will review the complaint within 14 business days of receipt and will inform the User of the decision by email.

In case of complaints regarding improper performance of digital services, the User may demand that the services be brought into conformity with the contract or request an appropriate price reduction, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.

13. Contract termination and account deletion

By the User: The User may delete their account at any time through the application settings. Account deletion results in permanent removal of all data after 30 days (time for technical backups). Fees for an active subscription are not refunded unless otherwise required by law or decided by the Service Provider as a result of a complaint.

By the Service Provider: The Service Provider reserves the right to block or delete an account in the event of:

The User will be notified of account blocking by email with the reason stated. The User has the right to appeal the decision within 14 days of receiving it.

14. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The User who is a Consumer has the right to use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims. In particular:

Use of out-of-court dispute resolution methods is voluntary and requires the consent of both parties.

15. Data protection

The controller of Users' personal data is the Service Provider. The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available at lyricco.app/privacy-policy.

16. Final provisions

Governing law: Matters not regulated by these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Poland, in particular: the Civil Code, the Act on the provision of electronic services, the Consumer Rights Act, and the GDPR.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved by common courts. For Users who are not Consumers, the competent court shall be the court with jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office. The above does not limit the rights of Consumers under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms: The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users with active accounts will be notified of significant changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after the new Terms come into effect constitutes acceptance thereof. If the User does not accept the new Terms, they have the right to delete their account.

Effective date: These Terms of Service are effective from August 6, 2026.
