Pricing and payment questions

Yes - you can purchase a higher plan at any time. The new subscription starts from the purchase date and lasts 12 months. There is no option to "transfer" remaining time from the previous plan.

The account automatically switches to the free Basic plan - without data loss. Your songs remain in the system (the 30 most recent are visible). Setlists and sync are disabled until renewal.

Yes. After every purchase, we automatically issue a VAT invoice and send it to the provided email address. During purchase, you can provide your company or band tax ID.

Payments are handled by Stripe - a secure payment platform. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfers depending on availability in your region.

The AI Assistant automatically recognizes song structure (verses, choruses, chords) - both for file imports and when pasting a single text. The number of songs depends on the plan (Basic: 10, Solo: 30, Band: 100, Band Plus: 200, Choir: 300) and renews with each purchase or subscription renewal. Import without AI (e.g. ready-made ChordPro files) doesn't use up this limit.

If you have a problem with the app or encounter a bug - write to us. We'll resolve the issue or discuss a refund individually. There is no automatic refund policy.
